DTF PRO Heat Station V2


The DTF Heat Station V2 equipment performs POWDER HEATING (which cures the powder to the film). The high-quality design of this curing station ensures reliability and long-lasting use. The DTF Film Sizes that can be accommodated depend on the size of the Heat Station. Two sizes of Heat Stations are currently available:

XL (A3+): 

  • DTF Film Sizes: up to 13.8" x 19.7"
  • Dimensions: 21" L x 18" W x 6" H

XXL (A2):


  • DTF Film Sizes: up to 16.5" x 24"
  • Dimensions: 24.5" L x 21" W x 6.5" H

DTF PRO Heat Station V3 PROFESSIONAL


The DTF PRO Heat Station V3 Professional Edition has infrared heating lamps instead of the heating plate that the V2 has. The infrared lamps are on the top, which makes the spread of heat faster and more even. The built-in cooler fan helps prolong the life of the electronics in a high production use environment. The V3 also includes a tray system, and a micro-switch activated mechanism to automate the curing simply by inserting the tray. 
The heat lamps are rated 110 V / 220 W. And the Heat Station is 50 Hertz and 6000 Amps.
